**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on employee relations, talent management, compensation practices, and other HR-related matters.

**About the Role:**

This position is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including recruitment, selection, and termination processes;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to resolve employee complaints and concerns;
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions;
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures;
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and external partners;

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • At least 6 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in employee relations;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR issues and projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures;
  • High level of adaptability and ability to lead and manage change;

**Location:**

Kuwait, with frequent travel to project sites required.

**Language:** English (required).

**Working Conditions:**

This role requires working in a hot and dry desert environment, with temperatures often exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. You must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and be physically fit.
