Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.

  • Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • BUILD sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Maintain records of all conversations in a comprehensible way.
Requirements

To succeed as a Call Center Agent, you should have:

  • Knowledge of company products or services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • A High school Diploma; University degree is preferable.
