The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the given target for the assigned region (including lead generation), assist the Regional Manager to achieve business goals, develop new clients, and maintain healthy relations with existing clients.

The successful candidate will keep abreast of competitor and market trends, forecast market needs to bolster the company's growth, build and maintain strong relations with clients, and proactively assess their needs to meet expectations.

The selected individual will collaborate with teams and technical expertise teams to develop marketing and communication tools for the development and introduction of new products, programs, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for achieving the given target for the assigned region (including lead generation).
  2. Assist the Regional Manager to achieve business goals.
  3. Develop new clients and maintain healthy relations with existing clients.
  4. Keep abreast of competitor and market trends, forecast market needs to bolster the company's growth.
  5. Build and maintain strong relations with clients and proactively assess their needs to meet expectations.
  6. Collaborate with teams and technical expertise teams to develop marketing and communication tools for the development and introduction of new products, programs, and solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in communication and customer service.
  2. Background in Sales and Marketing within the Heavy Machinery/Construction/Automobile industries.
  3. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  1. 2 years in Sales and Marketing field.
  2. Experience related to construction and automobile fields.
  3. UAE experience is mandatory.
