About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to strategically integrate digital technologies across an organization, enhancing business processes and driving digital excellence.
Key Accountabilities and Activities include process mapping, root cause analysis, benchmarking, segmentation strategy, content strategy, channel selection, project management, collaboration tools, conflict resolution, change communication, training programs, champion network, analytics setup, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, privacy policies, and security audits.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in business or technology, extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills, exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, deep understanding of B2B customer needs, 1-2+ years of experience, fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic, numerate with a clear understanding of delivering on financial results, and a strong performance- and results orientation.
