Job Description

The role of the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Billing Consultant involves designing, implementing, and optimizing billing and invoicing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).

Main Tasks:

  1. Implement billing and invoicing solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  2. Customize billing models, pricing structures, and payment processing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  3. Integrate CRM, ERP, financial systems, and payment gateways for seamless communication
  4. Develop automated workflows for billing cycles, recurring invoices, and financial reconciliation
  5. Support various billing models including subscription-based, consumption-based, and contract-based
  6. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for billing automation, tax calculations, and revenue recognition
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax policies, and security standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE) with a focus on billing and invoicing
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and payment processing
  • Expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse for billing automation
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server for customizations and integrations
