  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the workshop environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet production and maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and workshop activities.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance workshop efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing or supervising a workshop or maintenance facility.

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
