Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
">Job Description:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Contracts Department from inception through to Contract Close-Out.
- Offer technical assistance to the Contracts Department personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of tender invitation documents.
- Produce documentation for approvals and distribute contract documents as directed.
- Complete and ensure safe storage of contract audit files.
- Maintain contract correspondence files.
- Arrange for original bonds, warranties, insurance certificates, or policies to be copied and distributed.
- Support the production of bidder and contractor performance feedback reports.
- Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
- Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years overall post-graduation experience.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience in the oil and gas industry.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within a contracts department.
