  2. Manage front desk operations, including lesson registration, payment processing, and scheduling.
  3. Prepare welcome packets and certificates for new students, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Collaborate with instructors to ensure seamless communication and effective operations.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
