Your Role as a Hotel Ambassador

• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure, proper luggage handling, and follow-up on guest requests.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests in inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, events, directions, and more.
• Respond accurately and promptly to guest requests, interacting both in-person and by phone.
• Resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to personalize the service experience.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner, filling reasonable requests and anticipating needs.
• Take messages for in-house or arriving guests according to procedures, emphasizing accuracy and proper follow-up.
• Properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, telexes, packages, and faxes.
• Stay informed about local activities, such as theater, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, and sightseeing tours, and establish connections to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

What We Look for in You

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Two+ years of experience working within a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
• Guest centricity and understanding of guest preferences.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
