Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer - Electrical to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L in Kuwait.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical faults, and conduct equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update technical manuals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
