Vectrus seeks a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to support their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems.

This role requires excellent mechanical skills to handle trade tasks including electrical, carpentry, painting, concrete, plumbing, welding, drywall, door hardware, or ceiling and flooring systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary to evaluate work orders accurately and effectively. You must also have the ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes.

In this position, you will work closely with the project coordinator to plan, cost estimate, design, develop, and complete local projects that enhance facility operations.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of all current safety policies, procedures, and required personal protection equipment (PPE) related to their job description in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), facility, system equipment security, Environmental Compliance Assessment Protocol (ECAP), and National Electrical Code (NEC) safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of overseas experience is highly valued.
  2. A valid passport with a minimum validity period of 27 months is essential.
