About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Catering, responsible for leading the catering department and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and exceed their expectations.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all areas of the hotel, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

  • Manage and develop a team of experienced chefs and culinary staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as events and marketing, to develop and implement new initiatives and promotions.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contributing to ongoing professional development.

Requirements:
