Job DescriptionDevelop and deliver professional Safety and Health Training programs on various construction projects, wherein SSH is the Resident Engineer Team both in Kuwait and across MENA as required.
Facilitate and administer safety and health practices to management and supervision with advice on safe working conditions for Head Office, associated SSH Offices and to onsite Resident Engineer teams.
Contribute to effective SHE Audit Programs and conduct SHE site inspections and audits accordingly.
Coordinate and report on Monthly SHE performance across SSH projects.
Communicate and lead by example in implementing a best practice SHE improvement culture.
Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Internationally Recognized Diploma or equivalent in Safety and Health Management as a minimum.
- Experience and/or knowledge of environmental management is required.
- Certificate in Training & Development and/or demonstrated facilitation skills is required.
- Certificate in Safety Auditor Course to OHSAS18001.
- If not degree qualified, must have technical trade and/or technical background.
- 7 years minimum, but desire 10 years.
- Experience needs to include large/complex projects involved major civil engineering works, MEP and infrastructure, with detailed use of JSA/JHAs.
