Key Responsibilities
Safety Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees in building environments. This involves supervising HSE initiatives, coordinating product and service delivery, and negotiating with regulatory bodies and clients.

Main Duties
- Supervise HSE initiatives and personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services teams, supporting business acquisition and execution.
- Interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and implement plans to improve health, safety, and environmental performance in buildings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., occupational health, environmental science).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in HSE management.
