**About the Opportunity**

The role will be based in Kuwait and reports to the General Manager MENA Talabat Kitchens. We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated individual to lead our team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create a blueprint for growing cloud kitchens' presence in Kuwait, aligned with the company's wider strategy.
  2. Accountable for business development, stakeholder management, and project management initiatives for Talabat Kitchens in KWT.
  3. Responsible for food services country financial statements, hitting budgets, and ensuring growth initiatives across construction, new brand launches, and running a profitable business.
  4. Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure delivery of perfect orders to consumers.
  5. Partner with Logistics Operations and Customer Experience teams to improve overall site performance.
  6. Work closely with the Senior Director Food Services to create compelling business cases for future endeavors.
  7. Jointly identify kitchen spaces for expansion that meet defined criteria; location, size, accessibility, cost, etc.
  8. Manage day-to-day operations of multiple brands; meeting health & safety standards, managing stock deliveries, site hygiene, etc.
