Main Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, identifying areas of potential savings and proposing effective solutions.
* Collaborate with high-level management to establish clear project requirements and undertake feasibility studies to inform strategic decisions.
* Evaluate commercial risks and develop effective responses to mitigate their impact on project outcomes.
* Provide expert advice on procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal resource allocation.
* Analyze costing for tenders to ensure accurate pricing and competitive advantage, preparing detailed reports to inform decision-making.
