The Supply Chain Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the school's procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth school operations by managing supply chain activities, vendor relationships, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Vendor Management:
    • Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
    • Identify and engage with reliable local and international suppliers.
    • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels of educational materials, office supplies, and equipment.
