We are seeking an experienced Extraction Specialist to join our team at Divya Staffing Solution. As a key member of our mining operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safe and efficient extraction methods to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and supervise the development of mines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a focus on sustainability.
  2. Conduct thorough geological and geotechnical studies to assess the viability of mining sites and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Analyze production data to identify trends and optimize extraction operations, ensuring timely project delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of resources and equipment, promoting efficient use and reducing waste.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including budgets and schedules, to ensure successful project execution.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy working environment.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in mine planning, extraction, and operations management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities, are also essential for success in this role.
