Responsibilities:
- Provide expert recommendations on food and beverages, accurately capturing customers' orders to guarantee timely service.
- Supervise and serve food and beverages according to our high standards for outstanding customer service, adhering to established procedures.

- Coordinate daily inventory replenishments with the storekeeper and conduct regular counts of essential items to inform management.
- Promote adherence to quality standards during opening and closing procedures, including accurate tip counting while adhering to internal guidelines.
- Contribute significantly to achieving set targets for our establishment.
- Deliver training sessions and feedback to assigned team members, monitoring their performance and providing constructive insights to higher management.
Detailed Job Requirements:
Candidates should possess a technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, accompanied by two to four years of experience in F&B Operations or a comparable role. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic fluency being an added advantage.
