Sales Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ODC Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ODC vertical, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, optimizing their performance, and driving growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for ODC partners, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring seamless communication.* Strategic Guidance: Provide data-driven support to help partners enhance their presence on our platform, drive engagement, and increase sales.* Growth & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost order volume, maximize revenue, and expand Deliveroo's value proposition for partners.* Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics, fulfilment, and catalogue management for partners.* Performance Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, order volume, and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.* Onboarding & Partner Enablement: Lead the seamless onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with Deliveroo's standards and training them on best practices.* Marketing & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing teams and partners to execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement.* Innovative Initiatives: Propose and support innovative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and partner success.

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth marketplace.* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.* Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven strategies.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.* Experience with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and performance tracking systems is a plus.
