Senior QHSE Director

The Corporate QHSE Manager at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing robust Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Developing QHSE Policies**: Create/update quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**: Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them, including conducting risk assessments, job safety analyses, and environmental impact assessments.

3. **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure the organization complies with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards, staying up-to-date with changing regulations and ensuring alignment with organizational practices.

4. **Training and Education**: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety, quality, and environmental standards and practices.

5. **Incident Investigation**: Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental breaches to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

6. **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and contingency plans for various scenarios such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters.

7. **Auditing and Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

8. **Documentation and Reporting**: Oversee maintaining accurate records related to QHSE activities, incidents, training, and compliance, preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.

9. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance, implementing and tracking initiatives to enhance overall QHSE performance.

10. **Communication**: Promote a culture of QHSE awareness and responsibility among employees, ensuring effective communication of safety, quality, and environmental issues throughout the organization.
