IT Network Architect

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Architect to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement security protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference purposes.
- Provide technical support to end-users and clients, addressing network-related concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in network architecture or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
