Risk Assessment Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting HSE audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and international standards. You will identify risks, evaluate controls, and recommend improvements to support a safe and sustainable workplace.

This includes developing comprehensive Risk Registers and audit schedules, planning and conducting audits, and evaluating the effectiveness of HSE management systems. You will also be responsible for identifying non-conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities, and developing clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations.

You will work closely with operations and facility management teams to support continuous improvement in health and safety performance. Additionally, you will deliver training or awareness sessions on HSE audit processes and best practices as needed.

Your experience should include conducting audits independently and working in cross-functional environments. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
