Lead Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to lead our site construction operations. As a Senior Site Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the involvement of construction in technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain a familiarity and appreciation of capability and ongoing workload of Construction's support providers / contractors.
- Ensure technical competence of construction personnel.
- Forecast requirement for construction engineering resources and allocate those resources.
- Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering and experience in oil and gas major projects in a Lead role.
- Familiar with Management of Heavy lifting equipment and large Earth moving activities.
- Demonstrated experience of working in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Must have proven track record in leading a team.
- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning and Performance Testing experience.
