Digital Marketing Executive Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at United Real Estate Company (URC).

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Executing elements of the approved digital and corporate marketing plan provided by the line manager is a key responsibility.
  2. The Digital Marketing Executive will develop digital and social media calendars for all commercial and corporate accounts under URC.
  3. A key aspect of this role is assessing URC's digital and social media platforms based on target segment studies and data.
  4. The successful candidate will create digital reports for all URC local and regional accounts.
  5. Building a monitoring tool to ensure alignment in content, events, and tone of voice across all digital platforms is essential.
  6. The incumbent will ensure digital and social media reports are data-driven, with clear analysis and insightful rationale to support business goals.
  7. Supporting Commercial and Corporate units' digital accounts in growing followers and engagement through ongoing creative activations is a priority.
  8. The successful candidate must adhere to the corporate brand guidelines as referred to by the Brand Specialist across all digital platforms.
  9. Ensuring all visuals used within digital platforms and reels are produced and approved according to URC policy and guidelines is crucial.
  10. The job involves tracking and reporting the performance of all digital and social media activations, engagements, and reach.
  11. Collaboration with Corporate and Commercial teams on their social media and digital plans and requirements is vital.
  12. This includes all local projects and subsidiaries as well as regional projects.
  13. Assisting in developing promotional activities and aligning offline presence with online presence is also required.
  14. Maintaining consistency to achieve targeted results is essential.
  15. Tracking and measuring all digital data and digital budget spent on promotional/sponsorship ads is crucial.
  16. Researching and analyzing market conditions, digital trends, competition, and case studies where feasible is also part of the job.
  17. The successful candidate must ensure all published content is error-free and has gone through the approval cycle prior to publication.
  18. The job requires producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards to be presented as part of content being produced by the design unit (photography or videography) based on line manager brief and objective.
  19. A weekly review/summary of website analytics, content, SEO, and social media tracking is also required.
