Fit Staff Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join their team at a luxury tennis and fitness facility in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated fitness professional to design and deliver comprehensive Group Reformer Pilates classes and PT sessions for individuals and groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to 1,080 KWD per month (approximately US$3,500), depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including commission on PT, full medical insurance, work visa, paid annual leave, relocation flight, shared accommodation, uniform, and transportation to work.

Job Description: As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Pilates classes and PT sessions that meet the needs of clients. You will also support the strategic/marketing plan through participation in activities/events identified by marketing promotions as high priority. Furthermore, you will provide supervision and education to participants requesting personal or group training, maintain a well-organized studio environment, and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A comprehensive Pilates certification (internationally recognized)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Pilates
  • Excellent English language skills (Conversational level at a minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to Pilates classes and exercises prescribed in those classes
