Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are a leading recruitment agency for the fitness industry and are currently seeking an experienced Pilates instructor to join our network of high-end studios in Kuwait.

Package:

  1. A competitive tax-free monthly salary of 800 KWD per month (approximately US$2,600)
  2. 20% commission on classes taught
  3. Bonus based on class achievements
  4. Full medical insurance
  5. Work visa provided
  6. 30 days paid annual leave and flights
  7. Relocation flight assistance
  8. Studio uniform provided

Requirements:

  1. Pilates certification is essential
  2. A minimum of 1 year experience teaching Pilates is required
  3. English speaking skills are necessary (conversational level)
  4. Experience with Cadillac, Barre, and Lagree equipment is advantageous

About the Role:

  • Teach private and group Pilates classes using mat and equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.)
  • Modify exercises to suit clients' fitness levels, injuries, or medical conditions
  • Ensure proper technique, form, and alignment to prevent injuries
  • Develop progressive training programs to meet client goals
  • Offer guidance on breathing techniques and core engagement
  • Track and document client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
  • Work with clients recovering from injuries or those requiring post-rehabilitation training
  • Report any equipment maintenance or safety concerns to the studio manager
  • Maintain a positive and motivating environment in the studio
  • Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates for health and well-being
  • Instruct clients on safe equipment usage
  • Recommend memberships, class packages, or private sessions to clients
  • Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends
  • Attend workshops, certifications, and continuing education courses
  • Expand expertise in specialized areas (e.g. pre/postnatal Pilates, injury rehabilitation)
