Key Responsibilities

As a Resort Cook, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing and cooking food in the staff cafeteria according to standard procedures and guidelines.
  2. Developing and implementing standard recipes in collaboration with the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie.
  3. Maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and requisition.
  4. Ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Active listening skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
