We are seeking an experienced Marine Project Specialist to oversee critical marine construction activities for a high-profile project in Kuwait. This role involves supervising marine construction activities, ensuring technical compliance, quality control, and contractor performance on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine piling, AtoNS installations, and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve contractor-submitted method statements, risk assessments, and work plans.
  • Ensure all marine construction (pile driving, beacon installations, diving ops) aligns with project specifications and project timelines.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and HSE compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil / Marine/ Mechanical/Structural Engineering.
  • 5+ years in marine construction (piling, AtoNS systems, offshore structures).
  • Proven experience working with/for contractors on execution-heavy projects.
  • Familiarity with marine equipment (crane barges, vibro hammers, diving ops).
