Inventory Control Specialist

This position is located in Kuwait and supports LOGCAP operations. The Inventory Control Specialist reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system involving transfer orders and DD1348/MRO files.
  • Monitors and checks daily GCSS-Army operation.
  • Controls and verifies all data input into GCSS-Army system.
  • Produces management reports.
  • Processes supported customers' requests into the system.
  • Covers system workload.

This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing and logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of GCSS-Army and Military Standard Requisition and Issuing Procedures (MILSTRIP) or equivalent civilian program.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Working Environment:

This position operates in an indoor and outdoor warehouse environment with adverse conditions, including hot, dry, dusty, desert environment. Some industrial production environment conditions may be present.
