TENNISWISE is recruiting for experienced and dedicated Comprehensive Pilates Studio Equipment Instructors to join our prestigious health club serving high-end clientele in Kuwait.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic to provide individual and group training on various Pilates equipment, including Reformer with Tower, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector Barrel. The ideal candidate will have a continuous history of professional development through courses, workshops, and seminars.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Comprehensive Pilates Instructor will lead small group classes, provide one-on-one instruction, and design personalized workout plans. They will assess clients' physical conditions and fitness goals, track progress, and adjust workout plans as needed. The instructor will also promote studio services, collaborate with other fitness professionals, handle client inquiries, maintain accurate records, and adhere to studio policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must possess Comprehensive Pilates Equipment Certification (internationally recognized) and minimum 5 years of experience. A good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to Pilates classes and exercises prescribed in those classes is essential. Excellent teaching and communication skills are required, along with English fluency (conversational level at a minimum). Experience in working in Gulf countries is advantageous.
