About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Pilates Studio Equipment Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading group classes, providing one-on-one instruction, and designing personalized workout plans. They will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized studio environment and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective group class schedules and formats
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in achieving their fitness goals
  • Conduct regular assessments of clients' physical conditions and fitness goals
  • Design and implement customized workout plans for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to studio policies

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Comprehensive Pilates Equipment Certification (internationally recognized)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • English fluency (conversational level at a minimum)
