Job Summary:
Career Maker Bahrain is seeking an exceptional Italian Cuisine Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes according to our recipes. Your attention to detail and creativity in food presentation will be essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, adhering to our recipes and standards
• Supervise and coordinate activities in the assigned kitchen station
• Assist in the development and creation of new dishes and menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant position in Italian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desired Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience working in Italian restaurants or similar establishments
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional dishes consistently
• Experience in menu development and costing
