About the Role

Kuwait Steel is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on all aspects of corporate law, ensuring that our business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and advising on commercial contracts to ensure they meet our business needs and comply with relevant laws.
  • Providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including trade embargo regulations.
  • Assisting with dispute resolution and handling legal matters related to our business operations.

Candidates should possess a Law degree from a reputable university and have at least 5 years of legal practice experience, preferably in a large corporate practice or law firm. Excellent command of English and Arabic is essential.
