About the Role

This role will coordinate and monitor CSR initiatives and overall environmental programs that contribute to the social and economic development of the community, in line with Zain's strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Responsibility Events Planning: Plan and execute social responsibility events to meet Zain's social awareness requirements.
  2. Internal Coordination and Data Collection: Work closely with various units and departments to collect relevant data and ensure timely delivery of CSR initiatives.
  3. Support Youth Development and Skills Enhancement: Collaborate with teams to enhance youth skills and experiences through developmental programs.
  4. Enhance Event Management and Proposal Analysis: Improve business and event management by analyzing incoming proposals and recommendations.
  5. Effective Communication of Environmental Activities: Communicate all environmental activities clearly to stakeholders.
  6. Assess Environmental Impact and Provide Departmental Support: Assist departments and business units in assessing the environmental impact of their processes.
  7. Develop Corporate Sustainability KPIs and Initiatives: Contribute to the development and visualization of corporate sustainability KPIs and recommended initiatives to enhance Zain's position relative to global best practices.
  8. Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and Zain Group requirements with environment protection guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

  1. Have Strong Knowledge of CSR Initiatives
  2. Be Able to Coordinate Multiple Initiatives
  3. Possess Strong Data Visualization Skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel, modeling, and data manipulation capabilities)
  4. Be Highly Reliable in executing tasks within expected timeframe and to expected quality standards.
  5. Exhibit Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  6. Be Able to Identify, Assess, and Manage Risks
  7. Demonstrate Strong Organization and Project Management Skills
  8. Hold Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sustainability
