About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can plan, conduct, and supervise supply technical inspections, interpreting technical manuals, bulletins, and written directives during inspections.

Responsibilities:
  • We determine parts condition by examining for damage or excessive wear.
  • We suggest process improvements and implement those changes.
  • We count, sort, and verify incoming material receipts.
  • We examine material for quantity or conformance to specifications.
  • We compile reports on material, equipment, and stock inventory.
  • We prepare daily CDRLs and other reports as required.
  • We transport material or supplies using Pallet Jack, Forklift, or industrial truck.
  • We maintain physical security of sensitive and pilferable material, adhering to Army Regulations and local policy.
  • We receive, store, classify, and dispose of unserviceable equipment and supplies.
  • We ensure compliance with Safety Policies and Regulations.
  • We safeguard Army Property and Equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, U.S. Citizenship, valid Secret Clearance, driver's license, and ability to obtain host nation Driver's License.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply operations.
  • Skills: Problem-solving, proficiency in AIS systems (GCSS-Army), repair parts system, paperwork classification, Microsoft Office, Army COSIS requirements, ARs and TMs, communication skills, customer service training, and Material Handling Equipment operation.
  • Working Conditions: Extreme temperatures, indoor and outdoor environments with adverse conditions, including hot, dry, dusty desert environments.
  • Physical Requirements: Medium work, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, prolonged standing, sitting, heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, and use of personal protective equipment.
