Job Title: Legal Advisor

Job Overview:

7d is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance on legal matters. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of law and its application in a business context.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing Legal Advice:
    • Offering guidance on legal matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assisting with the development of company policies and procedures.
  • Drafting Legal Documents:
    • Creating legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
    • Reviewing and revising documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolving Disputes:
    • Assisting with dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation.
    • Representing the company in court proceedings, if necessary.
  • Supporting the Company:
    • Providing ongoing support to the company on legal matters.
    • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.

Requirements:

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in the law field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and research skills.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well within a team and individually.
    • Ability to work long hours when needed.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Environment:

70% in the Office and 30% out.
