Job Description

To drive the development and launch of commercially sourced food and beverage products, you will work closely with third-party manufacturers to support strategic growth and revenue expansion. Your goal is to identify opportunities for commercial products that align with our company's objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify whitespace and growth opportunities for commercial products aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare feasibility forms capturing concept rationale, preliminary costing, and market potential.
  • Collaborate with external manufacturers to develop, test, and finalize products for launch.
Vendor Engagement & Management
  • Assess suitable co-manufacturers or private label vendors based on quality standards, IP rights, MOQ, lead times, and SLAs.
  • Negotiate agreements and monitor vendor performance for reliability, innovation, and compliance.
Internal Collaboration & Project Coordination
  • Lead project management for all commercial product initiatives using tools like MS Project.
  • Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to track development, timelines, and decision gates.
Marketing Integration
  • Translate consumer insights into viable commercial product ideas.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Trade Marketing teams to position and support products effectively in the market.
Logistics & Cost Optimization
  • Work with Supply Chain team to optimize logistics scenarios and reduce lead time and risk.
  • Explore optimal sourcing geographies or vendor clusters to minimize costs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, food technology, or supply chain; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial product development, preferably in FMCG/Food industry with experience in co-manufacturing or private label management.
  • Demonstrable experience in launching successful products through third-party partnerships.
