Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and optimize cost control processes for our projects. As the Cost Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets and related reports.

About The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring and controlling reimbursable hours expended on a weekly basis and producing necessary reports.
  2. Managing reimbursable hours on a monthly basis and submitting required timesheets and task performed sheets in the client's specified format.
  3. Handling pre-authorization forms for overtime hours and maintaining a file of approvals for monthly timesheet submissions.
  4. Preparing ODC requests in the required format and keeping track of approvals for monthly invoicing by the finance department.
  5. Maintaining logs for reporting and monitoring OT and ODC request status.
  6. Completing and updating weekly and monthly cost reports in the client's specified format.
  7. Collaborating with the client's cost control organization to ensure smooth approval of milestone certificates and invoices.
  8. Developing Manning charts for ManHours & Cost Estimates.
  9. Creating forecasts and reporting on PMC hours, cost, and revenues, as well as producing PMC cash flows and profit/loss reports.
  10. Reviewing and verifying EPC contractors' and Technip direct services subcontractors' invoicing to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
