About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the management and control of reimbursable hours, ensuring timely preparation and submission of reports. They will also handle pre-authorization forms, ODC requests, and maintain logs for OT and ODC requests to ensure seamless tracking and monitoring of these activities.

  • Weekly reimbursement hour control with related reports.
  • Monthly reimbursement hour control with timesheets and task performed sheets.
  • Preparation and approval of overtime hours and ODC requests.
  • Maintenance of logs for reporting and monitoring status.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. To interface with clients' cost control organizations for effective coordination.
  2. To develop and provide Manning charts and forecasts as needed.
  3. Review and verify invoicing from contractors and subcontractors to ensure accuracy.
  4. To verify costs claimed by contractors against approved documentation.
  5. To prepare detailed cost estimates for services and materials.
  6. Interface with relevant departments for group reports.
  7. Supervise cost engineers when necessary to ensure efficient operations.
