Regional Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a regional leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including participation in tenders.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives and in-market activation plans.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree or MBA is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
  • 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
Required Skills:
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement regional strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and coach high-performing sales teams.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in managing key accounts, securing contracts, and working with distribution partners.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG market in Saudi Arabia and its regional dynamics.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
