Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig, including drilling, movement, and maintenance activities.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations are conducted in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will oversee the work of drilling crew members on both day and night shifts, maintaining consistency in operations and safety practices. Additionally, they will monitor and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during drilling operations.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Toolpusher is required, with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting) are also essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
