Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of our lending solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a setting that uses Extreme Programming (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring).
  • Good understanding of lean/agile values & principles and associated practices.
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience building & leading cross-functional, empowered, and self-organized teams of multidisciplinary engineers.
  • Capacity to impart information through coaching and mentoring.
  • Effective management of stakeholders and dependencies through proactive communication.
  • Knowledge of Event-Driven, Microservices, RESTful Services, and Distributed Systems Architecture.
  • Building, sustaining, and enhancing experience with continuous deployment and trunk-based development.
  • Strong background in web application and API design, implementation, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Strong comprehension of the entire life cycle of mobile development.
  • Adept in testing, concentrating on automated end-to-end quality.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong familiarity with security, monitoring, alerting, performance, and quality standards.
