As a Senior Cardiac Specialist at Taiba Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients in the field of Interventional cardiology. This encompasses a wide range of specialized treatments, procedures, diagnostic tools, and therapies that maintain a high level of professional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with patients to comprehend their symptoms and health concerns.
  • Conduct exercise tests, diagnostic image tests, and cardiac catheterizations to diagnose heart conditions.
  • Interpret echocardiogram results to determine the effectiveness of the heart's functioning.
  • Analysis of patient test results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Perform interventional procedures such as:
  • Coronary Angiograms and/or Cardiac Catheterization including Left Heart and/or Right Heart Catheterizations.
  • Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).
  • Balloon Angioplasty.
  • Stent Implantation.
  • Consult with surgeons on patient procedures.
  • Lead Emergency and Rescue Procedures in the hospital for patients presenting with Acute Coronary Syndrome and/or cardiogenic shock.
  • Provide consultation services requested by other medical specialties in the field of Cardiology.
  • Evaluate and refer appropriate patients under your care to other suitable medical facilities.
  • Supervise the duties of assigned junior staff.
