Job Description:

This position is responsible for implementing a standardized Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program based on Management System principles. The ideal candidate will perform risk analyses, develop programs that exceed basic regulatory compliance, and identify needed resources such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They will also determine employee training needs, conduct training, and document it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive ESH program aligned with industry best practices
  • Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on ESH policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure ESH standards are met
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement ESH initiatives and monitor progress

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, OSHA, ISO, hazardous waste management, and related regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and wear PPE in hazardous environments
