The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, team performance, financial planning, and strategic execution, while collaborating closely with ownership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily retail operations across all store branches
  • Supervise team performance, scheduling, training, and motivation
  • Manage inventory planning, procurement, supplier relations, and stock control
  • Track and report on daily cash flow and P&L performance
  • Identify gaps in operations and implement structure, KPIs, and SOPs to drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with store managers, HR, and finance to ensure accountability and alignment
  • Maintain high levels of service, merchandising, and retail standards
  • Provide regular operational updates to ownership

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in cosmetics, pharmacy, fashion, luxury, or consumer retail
  • Proven experience in multi-branch or multi-location retail operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required
  • Based in Kuwait with transferable residency
