As a Printer Technician at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper function of our network printers, scanners, and other equipment. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Fault Finding and Repairing Printers: Identify and repair issues with various types of printers, including Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Dell, Brother, Canon, Epson, Samsung, Panasonic, Minolta, Sony, Kyocera, Sharp, Okidata, Ricoh, Xerox, IBM, and Tektronix.
  2. Installing and Configuring Network Printers: Install and configure network printers to ensure they function properly and meet the needs of our staff.
  3. Maintaining Equipment: Perform routine maintenance on our printers, scanners, and other equipment to ensure they continue to operate efficiently and effectively.
  4. Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our printers and other equipment.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of printer hardware and software, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification is preferred, but not required.
