**Job Title:**

Visual Design Concept Specialist

We are seeking artistic and detail-oriented professionals with excellent interpersonal skills to join our organization as Visual Design Concept Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and visualizing design ideas that meet client aspirations, specifying products, materials, and finishes, and coordinating drawings to ensure overall alignment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and visualize design concepts based on client input.
  2. Collaborate with clients to outline their design objectives and preferences.
  3. Conceptualize and create detailed design plans, including specifications for materials and products.
  4. Create 'mood boards' to communicate design vision and inspire creativity.
  5. Design and produce 3D models and renders of proposed designs.
  6. Prepare working drawings sets for construction purposes.
  7. Evaluate completed designs to ensure they meet client goals and expectations.
