Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at ibis London Excel. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for extending a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the general running of the hotel at night, supporting other departments to set up for the next day.
- Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.
- Provide exceptional guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests, including those requiring special attention.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English.
- Sufficient experience in a customer service role.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
- The Right to Work in the UK.
