Commercial Performance Analyst

This role involves identifying key market insights on sales/distribution/promotion trends in the prepaid business and preparing reports to support senior management in making business decisions.

Evaluate business intelligence analysis and review how it impacts Ooredoo, communicating key information to management on a variety of subjects including performance against KPIs, quality of sales, business impact, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor commercial KPIs, sales quality monitoring, designing channel schemes, managing commercial budgets, and providing early indicators on market trends.
  • Benchmark performance against competition and recommend actions to achieve commercial excellence.
  • Coordinate with other departments including finance, marketing, BI, and technology to provide meaningful analysis and insight on market working & distribution KPIs.
  • Work with the commercial team to ensure that commercial KPI's are met.
  • Prepare targets for sales channel & internal team members considering overall company objectives & strategy.
  • Preparation of channel & internal employee scheme and approval from management.
  • Validate report on the performance of commercial campaigns.
  • Provide analytics support guidelines to drive sales campaign efficiency.
  • Monitoring achievement versus targets.
  • Review dashboards on commercial channels and FOS performance.
  • Recommend analytical insights to increase sales efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Present to upper management regular reports to track commercial performance and campaigns results.
  • Identify and lead process efficiency opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal parties marketing, sales channels, operations.
  • Review the quality measurement at channel level/product level/geography level/employee level.
  • Assist the sales division in lifting demand generation to the next level and increase quality, quantity, and efficiency through a clear focus on driving campaign volume and yield.
  • Closed coordination with marketing and communication teams to drive sales campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor activities on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that the global campaign strategy is followed.
  • Contribute to the sales division communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, the preparation of a weekly status report, and attendance at team events.
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge, and innovations in relevant fields of expertise.
  • Proactively manage and motivate the team to be highly professional and result-oriented.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with peers and the commercial operation team.
  • Supervise the work of direct reports to ensure they meet their objectives, are kept motivated, and perform in accordance with their job description.
  • Other duties as directed by senior management or other superiors.
